We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Shipping Methods:
Orders are usually shipped by using DHL Express, UPS & USPS.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

Our goal is 100% accuracy on quantity and timeliness for all shipments. Orders are processed Monday-Friday. All orders for in-stock merchandise are shipped within 48 hours.

Shipping Status:

Once your order ships, you'll promptly receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

If you don't receive the shipping confirmation email immediately, don't worry! We are aware of the delivery date or date range provided at checkout, and rest assured, we will deliver the items within that timeframe.

Order Changes:

Please notify us immediately if there are any changes to your order. Please note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be exchanged for other designs.

Item Not Received:

If you have successfully placed an order and still haven't received it, even though the tracking status indicates delivery, we recommend contacting the courier to locate your shipment. If the issue persists, kindly email us at zehighcoffee@gmail.com.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our ups.com. Please allow 2 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.

What are the shipping times?

It takes around 48 hours for the order to get processed. After your order has been processed, it takes around 3 to 5 business days for the item to be delivered. There can be delays beyond our control such as customs and postal service delays.

Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at zehighcoffee@gmail.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

What is the cancellation policy?

Please contact us within 48 hours in order for us to cancel the order. Please note, we will only be able to cancel the order if the order has not been processed. If the order has been processed, you can return the order back to us for a full refund. 

Taxes

Our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT (Valued Additional Tax).

However, some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK and Canada, etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.

We are required by law to charge sales tax on all items purchased, unless in situations where it is not required by law.
